Still clinging to Jacob he looks around, bewilderment on his face. He's too surprised to consider letting go of him, fingers still hooked into his shirt as he glances over to the window. The hanger is quiet and, most notably, dark.

"It's... they're gone. They're all gone."

He doesn't understand. Did Peter stop? But why would he? What reason could he possibly have?
