This guy knows how to fight. It's a desperate sort of struggle too, nothing like the hired goons he's used to--the ones that he's constantly having to punch to get anywhere these days. It's different--the fight for greed versus the fight to survive.

And he didn't try to go after himself. Definitely not the Serpent Brotherhood. It's enough of a contrast that Jake decides a different approach-
